Outdoor area
A relaxing nature retreat surrounded by private forests and mountain vistas
Nature's therapy
Undeniably, our outdoor area offers a breathtaking retreat into nature, where rugged beauty meets cozy comfort. A large wooden deck surrounds the back of the cabin and seamlessly blends with the natural landscape. Also, native plants and wildflowers fill the backyard area, creating a vibrant contrast against the towering pine trees and rocky terrain. Lounge on chairs or a hammock for relaxation after a day of exploration. Enjoy al fresco meals at our outdoor table with panoramic views of rolling hills and distant peaks. Later in the evening, gather around the fire pit for warmth and ambiance, under the expansive, starlit sky. Without a doubt, the sounds of nature—whispering winds, chirping birds, and the distant murmur of a nearby stream—creates a serene sanctuary that celebrates the majesty of the mountains around. Feel refreshed and healed by the forest.
An essence of Japan
We've continued the Japanese details into the exterior giving a glimpse into the culture. A warm and inviting glow from the chochin lanterns at night enhance the ambiance both inside and out. Also as you enter the cabin, the sounds of our shishi odoshi fountain provide a feeling of peace and tranquility. We also have planted a Japanese maple tree as a welcome for symbols of balance and blessings. In addition, memories, wishes, and dreams of our guests fill our emakake. This is inspired by the tradition in Japan to hang a wish at a shrine or temple in hope that it will come true. We especially encourage you to hang your own wish here in order to leave a memory of your stay.
